Although I purchased my car in Lakeland I have not been back I prefer the Courtesy Toyota Dealership. The service is good and the job gets done w/o having any issues. I was very sad to hear that Toyota feels the 2020 election was not corrupt, it was! This will be my last Toyota.

Went to local Toyota dealer who did not participate in any of the buying services like trucar . Entered info into my AAA buying service and Courtesy had best discounts. So after already driving and deciding on vehicle and color , I was able to negotiate Over the phone and by email to get the next upgraded model for less than the base model. I had to drive about 90 miles but saved almost $3000:over local dealer

It has been a while since I purchased a car .They day finally came and I had to look at cars, I knew I wanted something reliable and a fair price. I decided to go two weeks ago .I a gentleman help me he was knowledgeable about the vehicles .I took the car for a test drive and liked it .We then went inside and discussed numbers. I was very firm on what I wanted to pay .My confusion was he was gone for a long period of time I spoke with the financial advisor more .The other issue I had was the car was not cleaned as well as it should. Coming from someone who is in sales himself I always leave a great lasting impression.
