Ismael Perdomo was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all our questions and made the process of buying a new car run very smoothly. We went all the way from Orlando to Brandon to buy our car since Mr. Perdomo made us feel like part of the family through his emails about the car. My experience with my sales rep, Ruben, was great. He understood my needs and wants and delivered. Working with the finance manager was easy and quick. Unfortunately, working with the lady who did the title. Andy, was difficult. She called to transfer my old title to my new vehicle, however, she didn’t follow through and a new plate was created because of this. Not a major deal, however, it would have been nice if there was follow up as I did my part in that situation.

We were immediately greeted by our service advisor upon arrival. He explained that our car needed to be inspected which happened quickly. Following that the advisor went over the results of the inspection. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done and the car was serviced quickly. He was very knowledgeable and professional we were pleased with the work done and the reliability of Courtesy Toyota.
