I went to Courtesy Toyota for complimentary service, which included oil and filter change, checking fluid levels, inspecting wiper blades and tire rotation. I am very impressed by the service department, from the service advisor quickly assessing my needs for my vehicle, to the technicians servicing my vehicle. I also enjoyed the customer lounge where I waited for my vehicle to be finished. I was in and out in under an hour. I will continue to use Courtesy Toyota for all my vehicle's servicing needs.

Victor the Assistant service manager went above and beyond while I was in to get an oil change. He knew I was tight on time and made sure to keep me updated on how long the wait would be, as well as getting me out quickly. When he saw there was a recall on a part for my car, he told me it would take more time than I had that day, but to schedule soon and to ask for a loaner so I wouldn't have to miss work appts while waiting.

I was pleased. The service required was completed in a timely manner. Pleasant experience.
