I was very nervous and anxious, because this was my first time buying a new car of my own and going through the loan experience. Reese Cousineau at Courtesy Toyota made the experience a pleasant one. Reese was very patient, understanding which was awesome.

I went in to pick up my car that I had negotiated online. The online car purchase at Courtesy Toyota was a very pleasant buying experience.

I brought my car for its regular service. The service advisor was very nice. He approached me as soon as I arrived, which does not always happen. My only complaint is that I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and it took almost 3 hours to hear back that it was done and any issues that they found. Then when I chose the services to add on it took even longer of course. I always come there because I purchased my van, new at this location, but I am always shocked how many hours it takes for an oil change and to hear the results. If it was a person who went in for surgery and you never heard back for that long, you would assume they were dead. It gets you worried at a certain point!
