Armando was the salesperson I worked with. He did a tremendous job. He got me in a car that was actually a little above what I was looking for as far as the level of RAV4s go. I feel like I got a really good price. I worked with Rick and Nate in the finance department. I feel like they were straight forward. I feel I was treated fairly and honestly. I went back a week later and free of charge, I was provided with a second key, which was not available at the time of the purchase. When I asked for Armando, Chris jumped up to let me know Armando was not in. He then proceeded to take excellent care of me. Overall it was an experience that will bring me back to buy my next vehicle.

HI, Craig was my service agent. I was originally I was told a 2 hour wait to have my sender replaced in my gas tank. But, it turned out to be a little over four hours. I didn't take the courtesy car offered because I thought the wait would not be that long!!!
