Service was great but horribly expensive.

Robert was wonderful to work with! Not only did he make sure I understood what was needed to be fixed on my car, but he also made sure I knew that he was going to get me the best deal he could on everything that needed work. He also helped me get the rental for the night. Thank you so much!

EAsy in easy out time could have been shorter but otherwise happy

We had such an amazing experience with Courtesy Toyota. Creighton West was our salesperson and went above and beyond to make our purchase of our Rav4 an easy and enjoyable one. Everything was very straightforward from start to finish. All the staff at Courtesy Toyota of Brandon was awesome and we will definitely be back in the future.

excellent customer service

I waited 15 minutes in the service garage, and not one person acknowledged I was there....I got out of car after 5 minutes to see if I needed to do something and was told that the people in the garage were sales associates, not service....another 10 minutes in my car I asked somebody if anybody was working this lane, and was told to wait in my car...I explained I had been waiting 15 minutes....Then service guy came, and from that point on it was fine. Acknowledging customers arrival is important....A quick Hello, and I'll be right with you seems important and should be the least customer service provided.

We contacted several Toyota dealers before coming to Courtesy. None made us fe relaxed as much as Gabriel. Nor did the others give us enough for our trade to get us out of a Civic and into an Avalon. Thank you for the experience and we will be back eventually!
