The service I received from COURTESY TOYOTA OF BRANDON, FL was excellent. The employees were friendly and helpful. My service advisor Mr. Lopez was great. The facility was clean and orderly. After the work of your techs, my 14 year old TOYOTA SOLARA ran like a new car. The only negative I could mention is that although signs were posted everywhere I did notice several customers walking around either w/o masks or masks not worn properly Please note I did NOT see any COURTESY EMPLOYEEES w/o masks. I realize that as a successful business you do not want to risk alienating any of your customers. HOWEVER during this COVID 19 crisis perhaps you could station one of your people at the entrance to remind all the customers to wear a mask before they enter your building? I did see the sign that indicated you would provide a free mask if a client needed one. I hope you will find my comments to be positive and constructive. I fully intend to continue to use your business to service my Toyota as I have been doing for several years.
