This visit was subsequent to an initial encounter with Jon - my preferred Service Manager. I am confident that Jon will only recommend services which are immediate. There are no pressure or anxiety inducing omens of vehicular tragedy, simply the reality of the condition on my vehicle and his commitment to offer the best service advice available. My intentions are to purchase two Toyota vehicles within the year, largely due to the services rendered through my interactions with Jon. Awesome!!!
