I went to have the oil change in my car, next thing I know I need a whole bunch of work in the car, I could say it was necessary at one point but I was not ready or expecting these costs repair on my car. Yes, I had the option to do it later, I got a little discount something is ok but in the end, I am glad I did have those services done in my car it runs smoother. Not happy I had to spend that much money on services done. I believe Toyota's services are a little expensive. My advisor was helpful and I was able to ask question and he was able to answer them.

Vehicle was in for warranty care. Service was quick, professional and no-hassle. Check-in process is easy and vehicle was ready as promised.

Buying the RAV4 was one of my least painful automobile purchases. That said, if you could speed up the paperwork process and have two keys at the time of purchase, it would be a 5 star process.
