Everthing is okay

Arbi helped picked out a vehicle that I was looking for and before I went inside to get help I looked at one that I liked and it ended up being the first one he selected. Everyone was nice and helpful especially mr.Jeff and Patrick they both helped as much as they could to give me the best deal. The only problem I had is that the spare key does not work and Arbi believed it was just the battery and told me to come back so he can replace it. I came back and he replaced it but it still does not work it must be something with a fuse and apparently the key man only works on Tuesdays 10:00 to 12:00 and I work every single Tuesday 9:00 to 6:00 so now I have to find another way or go to a different Toyota to get the spare key fixed. I also wish it was a little more protected there are many people without a mask as if there's no pandemic going on right now and some of my family members felt uncomfortable with that as well as myself. Overall I had a great experience everybody was patient with me even though it took until the closing time everyone worked professionally

The experience was 5 Star right up to the time that Sunny turned me over to Patrick. Then it became a long, drawn-out process of paperwork, seemingly never-ending. It was maddening. First I had to sign or initial a stack of papers, then after a long delay, I had to sign or initial the same things electronically. It took about 2-1/2 hours. Crazy.

The service at Toyota is like no other. Other car dealerships should take notes from Toyota. They make all transactions go smoothly.
