After a slight glitch, Toyota sent a young ma; to pick up our car and made notes as to what we needed done. Toyota then called us with a recommendation as to what should be done to make our car safe. He explained what they would do and when we could expect the car to be returned. The car was returned the next day with everything done as noted. This was our first experience using this “valet service.” This is a great way to have your car serviced!

I was greeted by a very nice representative the minute I drove up. I appreciated not having to wait. He called me to let me know what needed to be done and then called me when my car was ready. The customer service was excellent.
