Fast, courteous service as always

I have bought 2 previous vehicles from Courtesy Toyota and that is why I went there. I was treated with great respect. They met my needs and were Great to work with and what I wanted in my vehicle. The Sales representative was great and dealing with the finance specialist did a great job. The only problem I had was the amount of time it took to get the paperwork done I feel that it took way to long to fill out all the paperwork. But I love my new RAV4.

I was able to be at the appointment time scheduled. My car works just fine.

Excellent Customer Service

Had my 2020 Tacoma serviced here on 1/8/21. Was a good experience overall. A few of the guys working seemed a little too serious in that they'd make eye contact but not say a word or so much as give a nod in greeting. But that's ok, stressful job. The one thing I would have asked is that they give me a run down of the work done. I went for an oil change and it seems like maybe they rotated my tires as well because my wheel lock was in a different place in my glove box. Also, I assumed they'd vacuum the floor boards, but they didn't. That's ok too. Would have just been nice.
