This was my first time servicing my new Toyota Camry, so, I wasn't sure what to expect. Courtesy Toyota has their service area well marked so no problem pulling in to where I needed to be. A masked tech came out to greet me and confirmed my appointment. He explained to me what they planned to do and how long it would take. I decided to wait in their customer lounge area, which was very comfortable and people had plenty of room to social distance. It took a little over an hour, which I believe was reasonable. Soon, I was back on the road again. It was a good experience.
