I was really satisfied with my overall experience at courtesy toyota I think Nikkos did an awesome job he was very professional and convincing. There was one thing that was disappointing and that was the way the vehicle was priced. The msrp price should be placed on the vehicle insread of getting it after you make your decision . Other than that everything was great. I just would like to thank Nikkos for the awesome experience.

Customer Service at it's best. The most liked is the direct face to face with the technician assigned to a customers POV. Continuously informed on the status of vehicle and suggestions on what is getting close to replacement.
