Everyone was nice but I was only there for a simple maintenance that I had scheduled. Since it has reopened it doesn’t seem like they can get it in sync. Too many people running around not really doing anything and I still had to wait a reasonable amount of time in my truck until some kind of manager changed the “service manager” to someone different than was on the email I received for my appt. I don’t know their actual title but I did see my designated SM sitting at a stall just behind me doing nothing. Not a big deal and the guy he got took my truck for the basic maintenance. This is where I have been frustrated a few times and it is truly a first world problem and could be all me but it seems like there are so many employees not really working when it seems like they could use more technicians. I thought I waited a little longer than I should have this time but it could be that I am sensitive to it after having some long wait experiences in the past. So this experience was close to a 5 except for a little confusion dropping it off but you asked for my comments and it gave me the chance to say what I saw as a customer waiting in the super nice waiting area by the way. They couldn’t do anything more for your experience while you are waiting.

Wonderful experience with Eddie Navarez! Very friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything I had done and explained what I need at a later date. Will definitely make appointment with him. Would recommend him to anyone. An asset to your company.

Outstanding service from the dealership and especially the service advisor, Jon Curtis. Jon was able to get the repairs done to my Camry quickly. My appointment was later in the morning so I had to leave it overnight for one issue. Jon arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle. This service overall was an exceptional experience. Thank you!
