First off, I want to say that your mechanics are amazing. My car has been reborn. The steering and front suspension is tight and precise. At first, I thought something was amiss, then I realized I had only grown accustomed to a looser drive train. I've spent some money over the years on unscheduled maintenance with your service department and I have not been disappointed. I grew up in the shop, but I use your services when hours versus cost exceeds my willingness to initiate a teardown and rebuild. As such, I can say that you have a customer for life should my 07Rav4 ever die, not likely, it's a Toyota, I will purchase my next vehicle from you. Second, My only frustration was that I expressed my needs whenIi booked my service request, and no one seemed to know my needs when I arrived at my appointment; which seems to show that there is a lack of communication between appointment setting, service managers, and courtesy car loaners. A minor frustration that does not detract from my overall experience. I honestly trust you guys, and appreciate your expertise. Kudos all around.
