I came into the service dept shortly before closing time; greeted with a smile and what can we help you with. They took my car back promptly, replaced my battery and sent me on my way.

Where do I start. I was so nervous to get started with the car buying process. Needless to say Arbi Hedhli was the most polite car salesmen to me even when I may not have been. (Sorry) He ran all around Courtesy Toyota to find the exact car I was looking for. I may not have purchasesd the first time around because I am stubborn but by the third visit I was convinced that Arbi Hedhli and his manager Alex had my best interest at heart. The experience was exceptional! I have never met a more consistent and hardworking guy like Arbi said like (Arby's) I kept messing up his name until he told me that. We had a good time! Thank you so much Arbi Hedhli hope all is well for you my friend. Sad I won't see you again but I think that is a good thing you got the job done perfectly.

Good service, and friendly people..

I had a scheduled appointment but arrived early and my car was serviced on arrival. The service was fast and the people were friendly. The waiting area was clean and seating was spaced to observe social distancing.

Toyota takes their time and does not rush us when it comes to making financial decisions pertaining to our vehicles.
