My recent service for my Corolla was a great experience as usual. I needed work to correct air bag and seatbelt issues. Edwin, my service tech, gets high marks for customer service you won't get at other service facilities. His attentiveness to my needs, as well as going the extra mile to make sure i was satisfied, was bar none. He stayed in contact with me by phone or text constantly throughout the time my car was repaired and explained all in detail. He also suggested whatever might need paying attention to in a way that made me aware of issues i hadn't noticed. He even advised me of specials i was not aware of. I was very impressed with his professionalism and friendly approach- like part of a family. And he had my car done in record time. Great Great service !!!
