James and Shivas were absolutely amazing! There's always outstanding customer service at this particular location as compared to others in Brandon and Tampa which is why I keep coming back to AutoNation when it's time for a new car.

Arrival was confusing because they are 3 entry lanes which were all closed & there was no one was directing traffic. The last car to arrive was the first to enter! The service advisor was cordial & communicated all issues with the car inspection in a timely manner.

I dropped my truck off for an oil change in a spur of the moment. Yet the service advisor was able to get me taken care of in a relatively quick time. My service advisor was Joshua Hoover.
