Service was quick and perfect as always. However before I even got signed in for service I was approached about trading in my car. I told him he had one chance to wow me with numbers and of course on the first try he definitely didn't but he did make sure he kept my keys from me so I couldn't leave when I was ready to. I said I wasn't interested many times before I finally got my keys back.

The reason you did not get 5 star rating is because I bought the car Wednesday Aug 5th. I got a loaner so you could add leather, car to be finished by Friday. I was told on Friday there would be a 4 week wait so I picked up car on Saturday. Leather was put in this week, but keeping me informed this week was a problem with miscommunications on your end. Also noticed car did not have wheel locks as was supposed to, so that was also added this week. Since I purchased car, I have had 3 days and you have had 7. I now have it back. I do appreciate the hoops Maria did for me this week.
