I think the initial dropping off can be improved. We sat in our car, someone told us they would be right with us. We continued to wait as we watched people who came in after us be seen. We had a 10:00 appointment.

Arrived early, allowed into garage, quick and very efficient handling by Mr. Messerschmidt. Waiting room is wonderfully designed, safely spaced seating, clean restrooms, and nice self serve refreshment area. Wait time less than two hours. Couldn't ask for more.
