Staff was professional, listened carefully to my concerns, friendly and service was performed correctly and promptly. Well Done!

The service manager discussed potential problems with me before service began (Covid has had us minimizing travel). The waiting area was arranged for social distancing and all but on customer wore a mask. Good coffee! My van was delivered to me in great condition with only a battery problem that needed to be addressed. We also discussed when and why my service visit should be. I appreciated the concern.

I t took over two hours for oil change even though I had an appointment.

I had a very good experience from time I came in for the recalls and service they performed until just before I left. Because the recalls were going to take a long time they supplied me with a loaner for the day. I have always had good experiences with Toyota that's why that is the only car I buy.
