It was a very good experience, as usual

My wife's last day of work was Friday and the 12V battery in our 2010 Prius died on Thursday. I drove up to Courtesy Toyota as quickly as I could and arrived 15 minutes before closing. Tyler and Elvis stepped up and took care of me even though they had to work about 20-30 minutes after closing. It is care like this that creates loyal customers. Both should be commended for service above and beyond the call of duty.

My service writer, Eddy was professional and personable. My car had a couple of recalls that were taken care of.

Greeted with a friendly smile & introduced immediately. Derrick went over entire maintenance to be performed with printed estimate. Was kept informed when additional problem was found.. All maintenance performed to my satisfaction, A outstanding experience.
