I scheduled my service online and received a confirmation almost immediately. They were ready for me at the scheduled time for my appointment and explained to me and got my approval for the work to be done. The service supervisor kept me updated throughout the process and got me out of there within a couple of hours. I was very pleased with the service and attitude of all the people at Courtesy Toyota.
