Friendly staff, wait time was littleover an hour, everyone was wearing their mask which i like. They updated me every 5 or so minutes about the servicing of my vehicle.

The only complaint is there was a lot of people in the waiting room and the chairs were not 6 feet apart. At the counters for the staff there was a blue tape that said keep behind line for 6 feet distancing.

I had a very pleasant experience at Courtesy Toyota of Brandon beginning with my salesman Devon and including Will in financing and John Manager of Service Dept. They all made my experience pleasant and were very thorough and efficient with my leasing experience.
