Everything was very good from the moment I drove up with my Highlander. Every one was courteous and respectful. The waiting area was clean and set up following CDC recommendations. I have been in other waiting areas while my vehicle was being serviced. None of them come close to yours. I also observed how other customers were being treated while I was there. I noticed that they too were receiving the same treatment as I did.
