Since the new service building has been built it has made it more convenient, along with the service people has made it more pleasant. Last year I had a guy that was totally rude and pretty much got in my face. My thought was, I have been a loyal Toyota Tacoma customer for over 15 yrs, why is this guy treating me like a dumb woman?! Again, I don't know if its the new setup, and haven't seen that guy since, but it has made me decide to stay with this dealership. I almost left Courtesy Toyota because of him and parts services.

I made an appointment but still had a wait when i pulled in. Also I was there for over 2 hours in total. Outside of the extremely long wait, I would say it was a great experience.
