We were satisfied with our experience at Courtesy. We dealt with our salesperson, Sunny (I am not sure how he spells his first name), primarily by telephone because we knew exactly which car we wanted and did not need a test drive or other assistance. When we selected one specific car and it turned out to be unavailable, Sunny quickly found us an identical car. He seemed knowledgeable about navigating the system and kept us informed. We had to pick up the car on a Saturday and he warned us that it would be busy, and it was, but it worked. Sunny talked and moved a little quickly and sometimes it was hard for me to follow what was going on, but that was my only (minor) concern. He did take the time to demonstrate some features of the car and this felt a little rushed, probably because it was so busy at the dealer on that day. We met with another young man in financing and he was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough.

The staff and service is great! They are very accommodating, and we enjoy our visit every time. Eddie in the service department does an excellent job and he is always pleasant. We don't go anywhere else.

My service guy is Ryan M. over the last 6+ years. I make appts to work with Ryan for my service. The reason I chose to buy Toyota again. He was out with medical issues related to his son. I hope the little guy is doing better. Craig stepped in to make sure my service was perfect.
