Great Service

I had a great experience at Courtesy Toyota of Brandon. The salesman was very respectful, not pushy, and sincere. This is the reason I bought my Toyota Tundra at this dealership, instead of the other 2 Toyota dealerships I had previously gone.

Everything went perfect, being I was basically shopping and picking the right car for my aging father. The sales pro was attentive and understanding. One minor thing that has not been addressed yet by Sales is the lack of the glovebox documentation set which is mainly the owners manual. I have been trying to get one from him for over a month. I should have come with the vehicle but did not. There was nothing in the glove box.

Fast service. Advisor seemed knowledgeable.

Service Rep, Daniel was terrific. He should get 5 stars, However I had to leave vehicle several days because parts department did not order all the parts the first time and the wrong part the second time.

I had a great experience because I left feeling great about my new car and deal.

Great experience once again because Beth Habig is an amazing salesperson. SHE makes things happens with ZERO excuses. She got me the car I wanted, faster than expected. Nathan from Finance was also great to work with. This is our 8th new car at Courtesy Toyota in 7 years.

The service department took the extra time to check the tire pressure in all my tires and found a nail in one tire. They were able to fix it and I left with 4 tires at the right pressure and have had no problems since. Thank you!!

Angela is always amazing and was no disappointment this time. She takes time to let me know what needs to happen and her follow through is great as well. She is my go to anytime I need anything done on my car.
