When I get my car serviced at Courtesy Toyota, I get the feeling that the service rep is actually looking out for me. Helping me get the most out of my service appointment. Prioritizing which service items should be done first. I have been happier with their service than I am with owning the Toyota.

This is 1st time I came without appointment. This is the 1st time my vehicle came back to me at the time given by service advisor. This is the FIRST time in 3.5 years of service & maintenance that my vehicle came back to me WITH a car wash done. I’ve been there many times with appointment and was always disappointed in not getting vehicle back in time stated. Every other visit there was typically very long waits even with minimal service being done and having an appointment. I almost felt like previous service advisor was purposely holding up my vehicle.

Our experience with the dealership was great, and any distress we had was not of the dealerships making. We had to have a bit of a wait to get our new vehicle and the dealership made the wait as pleasant as possible
