I always have a very pleasant experience when I take my car to Toyota. My Service Advisor, Mostafa, is extremely friendly and professional. He's very knowledgeable and I trust he will take care of any needs I have with regard to my vehicle.

I have always have a good experience when I visit. For one, most of the staffs are courteous and there is entertainment. I notice there are beverages and snacks that make the customers happy, which is a good thing. You guys has come a long way. I absolutely love my service personals who have attended to me on my last few visits. I usually try and stick with them when possible. The only drawback for me is the wait time but because my service personal is usually so polite and friendly, I tend to overlook the wait time. Besides, I get excellent service, and that makes it easy to overlook the long waiting time.
