I bought a new truck on the 17th of August and shortly thereafter the truck developed a load buzzing noise from the dash while running the AC. I brought the truck to Brandon (Courtesy) Toyota and they immediately took me in, diagnosed the problem (faulty fan motor), and repaired the issue within 2-hours. Excellent service and a speedy repair.

I WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE APPOINTMENT AT 10:00 AM AND WAITED 3 HOURS. THAT IS SO UNACCEPTABLE, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE MAKE PLANS FOR OUR DAY. I KONW IT WASN'T THE SERVICE TECH'S FAULT BUT IT WAS REDICULOUS. I WASN'T CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER, MY TIME IS MUCH MORE VALUABLE THAN WHAT THE CHARGE WOULD HAVE BEEN. I PROBABLY WILL NOT BE GETTING MY CAR SERVICED THERE ANYMORE.
