Derrick was amazing and stayed in touch with me thru the whole process even on his day off he would respond immediately and continued to call and check on us after the repair was done to make sure all was well with out ongoing situation. Thank you Courtesy Toyota!

Had to tow my car into the dealership with an unexpected problem. The service advisor was patient as there was a delay with the towing company. The car was taken care of as quickly as possible.
