My service representative, Kevin Golindano, was very helpful, polite and professional

My advisor was Thomas and as many of times that I have had my service completed at Courtesy, this by far was the best visit. Thomas did not try and over sell me he offered the important things that needed to be serviced right then. I officially have a Serviceman at Courtesy Toyota Brandon and his name is Thomas.

customers need to have an active phone number to be able to communicate with service department from the time they open for service until the last minute of service , I drop off my vehicle at 7 am left Toyota and attempt to call them back at 8am and the answering serve said they were closed had to wait until 9am to reach someone. other than that service was great
