Very nice new lounge. Service is always very good.

I have a 2017 Toyota vehicle purchased at Courtesy. The Dealership has been good but the cars are now poorly built. The car only has 2.5 years and it seems like cheap parts on it are falling apart. I have been a Toyota fan for 30 years but they have really placed their strength of reliability on the back burner and parts and labor for repairs are very high.

We had very prompt service in brand new clean facility and were pleasantly pleased. Thank you

I was extremely satisfied with the salesperson handling the sale- Veronica. I did not appreciate the Manager trying charge more for the lease than the advertised special pricing. The difference of about $100 a month was an offense to logic.

I came in for normal service at 5000 miles. Although they were really busy, as they are on Monday's, it was complete in about an hour, with no appointment. My service guy, Edwin was great. He kept me in the loop along the way and checked in a few times...he wanted to make sure my 9 yr old son was doing good, too.

Service advisor Corry was very professional. He informed me upfront how it will cost and when my car will be ready.
