We had rescheduled our oil change and wiper blade replacement after arriving at the dealership and finding out it would be at least a two hour wait. On the rescheduled date We added getting new tires to our service but we came on a Tuesday at 7:40 AM because wait times was supposed to be better. It took three and a half hours, which was too long to sit in the waiting room. If we would have known, we could have left for a few hours. When we got in the car the computer screen said, has service been completed. I pushed yes and the screen doesn’t work now. It blinks on and off and won’t let me select other options. I know I need to bring the car back but i swear I still have waiting room fatigue and I’m putting it off. I did call and the reception in service was leaving a message about the computer issue. I hope someone did get the message. Don’t get me wrong, the work done is alway wonderful, it just seemed like there might be a shortage of staff in the service department or something?

My sales man was the best part. Very helpful.The finance manager was unnecessarily rude to the sales man (I forget his name now). But otherwise; it was a great experience all around.
