James Kim provided excellent service by being plight, knowledgeable and attentive to my explanation of the issues I was experiencing with my Tundra. I went in to get my first oil change on my new truck and service was the best I have ever had.

I was waited on almost immediately and the young man was very courteous. He kept me informed as to the progress of my situation.

The service rep. Roberto was very honest with me about what my car needed most. He really helped create an estimate that would work best for me so that I may get the services done on my car. I also had to go pick up my son from school AMD they even loaned me a car from lot so that I may take care of my personal errands while I wait for my car since we were going to be doing more than I originally intended. I'm very pleased with the way my car is driving. The facility looks amazing never been to a dealer so large and up to date with amenities to make you comfortable while you wait. I will continue to service my car there and highly recommend others to do the same.

I went in to follow up on some recommendations I had received from a third party oil change shop. I’m really happy I didn’t have the services completed by the oil change shop! My service technician, Ghandi, was honest with me and told me that I didn’t need to have those services that had been recommended completed. In my many trips to see Ghandi, he has always provided me with excellent service! I have his number in my phone and I call him directly to make appointments with him. I like knowing that I have all of my major services performed by certified Toyota professionals.

Always get good service. Wait was 1 hour. Not too bad.
