The process was not flawless, but the people at Toyota made the experience excellent. I was told I could bring my van and drop it off the night before, but as the building was new it was overlooked that there was not a drop box yet. Also, the van was ready a little later than promised. However, everyone that we dealt with was professional and friendly and honestly seemed to want to help. The sales guys (who had nothing to gain because I was there for service) were even helpful when we couldn’t find the drop box! Roberto was patient and explained the necessary repairs well, and answered all of our questions. It is easy to give a five star rating when everything was perfect, but in this case the five stars were earned by the ability of the staff to overcome a couple of minor things that could have resulted in a four star review instead!
