My experience in buying a used 2018 Avalon was excellent. The sales person, David Navarro, was excellent. We were not intending on purchasing the car on our first visit but working with David made it clear this was the dealership and the sales person we should buy from. And they had the car we wanted. After the sale, David was very responsive in resolving a need we had for the car. I plan on buying from Courtesy in the future.

They were really busy when we arrived for our appointments but they got is in and out in a timely fashion . We were happy with our service and will make the trip from Lakeland to have our vehicle serviced again.

As always, the staff was professional and courteous. The inspection was thorough and I am very pleased with the work. The only downfall to this last visit is I had an 11:20 appointment and left a little after 2 in the afternoon. They were extremely behind that day, and having to wait that long for an oil change was ridiculous.
