Good serves people friendly

My service rep Hasan was very professional and camr through on everything. I do believe the leadership os is overbooking appointments which is unfair to the service reps who rely on these reviews. My rep full 5 stars. The people who allow this zero stars.

Came to Courtesy Toyota to see if they could beat a quote from another dealer and they did. They were quick, efficient and got us exactly what we wanted.

I took my 2018 Camry and for scheduled 5000 mile maintenance. My service advisor was very professional and helpful regarding questions I had about my vehicle. My only negative comment would be about the dealership facility. New buildings and structures are being constructed around the old one. Everything seems cramped dusty and disorganized. I realize that construction activities such as this are difficult and messy but the situation doesn’t make for the most pleasant customer experience.
