I had an appointment scheduled and when I showed up during lunch break there were two lines - I was scared I would be late to work but they took care of me as fast as they could. My service advisor was very helpful, answered all my concerns, and provided me with more information as well as recommendations for my vehicle. I needed a shuttle to and from work because of the amount of time it would take for the service on my vehicle to be completed. They were prompt with providing me a ride and picking me up on time. Even through the busy time- they treated me well and took care of me. Thank you guys.

The text messages used to inform you about the vehicles issues allowed for me to have a better conversation about the next steps I needed to take with servicing my car. The asst. manager told me what needed be done now and what I can do within the next services to keep my car in top shape.

Staff listened to my issue and did not second guess what I needed. Ensured I got the proper part and not more than I needed.

Appointment time was convenient. Service manager was thorough and courtesy and got me discounts on all my services and repairs. Only problem was congestion caused by construction but that won’t be an issue after the new building is finished. Also Adamo Drive road construction is a pain but that’s not Courtesy’s fault!

Ryan is by far, one of the most courteous, knowledgeable and straight forward advisors I have worked with at Courtesy Toyota...and there have been many advisors that I have crossed paths with. I Will continue to have all of my vehicles serviced at Courtesy and will seek Ryans advice and guidance on each occasion. Side bar...this service area really needs a dedicated lane for oil changes and tire rotations and other simple services that shouldn't require a long waiting period.
