I did have a issue that occurred when I first dropped off my vehicle, it sat there for 3 days and I tried multiple times to reach a service advisor and was not successful. Frank set me up with Kevin and he was amazing. He's the reason I'm giving 5 stars.

I expected it to be super busy considering it was the week before Christmas, and it sure was, they advised they were 60 to 90 minutes behind. However, despite that, I believe I was still out of there in 90 minutes. I appreciate the technicians working so hard and diligently that day as I'm sure they were overworked and tired because it was Non-Stop. The gentleman that facilitated the service (and I wish I remembered his name) I've dealt with him before, and again this visit, he was pleasant & conversational and definitely made you feel like more than just the next in line. I really appreciate the dealership having a comfortable place to wait AND a coffee machine! More importantly, having staff that live the dealership name...courtesy!! I still LOVE my 4runner too! ❤
