First time taking my 2018 Tacoma for its first service (5k miles). James Kim is very professional. Followed up voluntarily to inform me of a delay and explained what measures his team would take to ensure my truck's service was completed on time. He is very accommodating and is knowledgeable of what services Courtesy provides.
