We were kept informed of all necessary repairs well in advance. The service and ability to make appointments that fit our schedule were also outstanding.

Stopped by the service department without an appointment. My Service Advisor, Robert, was awesome and got me in and out in about an hour. Their continued great customer service is why I drive an hour to get there.

I bought my corolla 2017 from courtesy Toyota Brandon , I love those guys they always do excellent service for my car , I love getting my service with them even though I wait for a while but still I like the place there the waiting room is very clean and I enjoy my wait as long as I get the best service for my car

We received outstanding service on the price we agreed to on the vehicle we wanted. We were probably the last customer in the dealership when we left on a Saturday night. Sunday morning after totally reviewing the RAV4, we realized not all the equipment was included or installed on/ in the car. We called on Monday, telling the manager and salesman of the problem. We were told they would figure a way for the installation of equipment that was most convenient to us ( we live an hour away from the dealership). By Friday and not hearing from either employee, we called the dealership back. Talking with the Manager, we were able to schedule an appointment for installation this coming Tuesday. Not sure how this will go. We experienced one of the easy buying processes ever in buying a vehicle, to one that has dragged out a little too long.

I had a great experience at Courtesy Toyota of Brandon from start to finish. The entire team was so friendly and made the process super easy. It didn’t feel like they were just trying to make a sale, they made me feel like we were all old friends. A very special thanks to my awesome salesman EZ! I love my new Toyota!!
