Excellent service but I didn’t like the fact that I had to rent a car while they worked on my vechile for the day.

Excellent experience, Gaithe , my service advisor was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was allowed to see what needed to be repaired and discussed it with mechanic. Katie in service was helpful offering a courtesy van to nearby mall and driver was pleasant . Very normal, down to earth people , very pleasant . This is my second visit to this facility and I travel from Pinellas to this site.

The service adviser explained all recommended services, proactively looked for any discounts for me and keep me apprised of the expected timeline. Been a customer of this dealership for 25 years and have always had exceptional service except the previous two years. I had begun to lose faith and the desire to do business there but this current visit has restored my confidence in the service department.
