My experience with James Kim was excellent. I brought the car in for it's 5,000 mile maintenance and James was polite, efficient and had me stay in the waiting room, which was very clean and inviting. I definitely want to work with James Kim again when I need to bring Norwegian Cruise Line's fleet of Toyotas in for servicing.
