Mr. Craig Berkowitz was exceptional as always. This was my third visit with him and he is a superb professional. Two visits for my 2017 Tundra and this past visit for my wife's 2015 4 runner. I had aftermarket wheels and tires installed about 5000 miles ago and the steering wheel developed a worsening vibration. Craig had the balance checked on all 4 wheels and the mech identified the wheels were not balanced properly. He had them rebalanced and fixed and rotated and it drives amazing now. Mr. Berkowitz is our only "go-to" service representative at Courtesy Toyota. Great dealer.

Robert is a great service advisor. I’m so happy he’s back working in the service department. Things were not the same without him. I took my car to a different dealer when he left because of the poor service I received. Now that he’s back I have returned and I am very pleased with my service.
