I had the pleasure of working with the sales rep. Ebenezer. While I was at work I called and inquired about a specific 2018 Tundra they had. Because of my interest of purchasing this vehicle Ebenezer reserved it for me until I can get there after work. Even before arrival he called me to let me know that he pulled the vehicle to the store front for my viewing and testing. Ebenezer also made sure my family was comfortable and accommodated while I test drove the vehicle. Long story short, I ended up buying the Tundra w the expert help of Ebenezer.

I would prefer to be contacted in person if additional work needs to be done to my car. There is no where on a text to ask questions. I had a difficult time finding my service representative to ask him questions
