As always, great and courteous service!

We were helped almost immediately and like the process of cars being numbered. He acknowledged us while we waited to let us know he would be right with us as he finished up with another customer. We were questioned about how we liked our Highlander and if we had any concerns. He listened and then addressed those concerns when car was completed. Very friendly, professional and efficient. Even with an appointment we expected to wait an hour but finished before the hour. Our 4th Highlander and we are very pleased with the service.
