Service tech was helpful and applied discounts. Unfortunately I have a strange sound now in the vehicle and will need additional service. Also, I specifically told the appointment booker that a part would need to be ordered on work that was already in the system and examined at past visits, but it wasn’t ordered which is disappointing and means I need additional visits when the parts could have been there.

Every single time I drive the car in for an oil change or regular check up, the people are just welcoming and you feel the love and care they show. Some of the worlds most nicest people I ever met in just 6months in which I’ve been a costumer. 5 Stars.

The entire process start to finish was smooth and seamless. The salesman Ed made a concerted effort to assure my needs were met. I would definitely recommend this team

Work performed in time estimate including a recall item!

This part we a loose fit in May . I edgy car and I went to pick it up around 5:35pm I saw the bill and put on the Toyota credit card and left. I don't think I will be going back to Toyota for any future check ups or repairs. Thank you Mrs Aponte
